Egghead has a new plan to become famous! But he'll need several super-powered helpers to put his plan into motion! To that end he recruits Moonstone, Tiger Shark, Whirlwind, and the Scorpion to become the new Masters of Evil! And shortly thereafter outside Avengers Mansion...Hawkeye, She-Hulk, Thor, and the Wasp meet the new Masters of Evil face-to-face!
