Argumento
Collects The Flash #66-69 and Annual #2.
Barry arrives back home from his Force Quest to discover something in his city is...off. The people of Central City are all acting strangely, even those closest to him. He better figure things out, because the Trickster has welcomed the Scarlet Speedster back home with an impossible choice: save the people of Central City, or let the villain who caused it all escape to wreak havoc another day.
OTE: This graphic novel says Volume 11 because it was supposed to be Vol.11 of Flash TPB (2017- DC Universe Rebirth). However, it was printed as a hardcover.
